Case Study: Private Health Insurer

In 2014 an Australian private insurance provider partnered with Sentis in delivering a ‘Leading Wellbeing’ initiative to 900 employees within their health insurance division. This customised service suite included assessment surveys, face-to-face workshops, and e-learning modules as well as an electronic embedding toolkit of resources that were developed to equip leaders and teams with the knowledge and skills to proactively manage personal wellbeing in the workplace. Overall, results showed that participation in the Leading Wellbeing initiative resulted in increased engagement, productivity, job performance and leadership effectiveness in supporting wellbeing related issues.
