Based in Aotearoa/New Zealand, Sarah has more than 14 years’ experience working in the electricity generation industry, managing operations’ environmental performance, leading process safety improvement initiatives, and establishing innovation programs.
Focusing on enabling people to recognise and articulate their own personal motivations to effect meaningful and sustainable change within organisations, Sarah believes relationships are the key to achieving a high-performing team culture.
Sarah brings a co-creation ethos to her role as Principal Consultant, which allows trusting relationships to form and become the foundation for identifying solutions together with her clients. She also volunteers her time coaching netball teams and facilitates community groups working together on local climate change opportunities.
