FAQs

How does the online masterclass work?

When you enrol:

You will be sent an email with login details to access our Sentis Learning LMS. This is where you will access your eLearning course with four modules, one for each week. Each module takes around 1 hour to complete.
Weekly classes take place on Zoom. You will receive one Zoom invitation email with your own private link to access all four live sessions.
We recommend completing each module before the accompanying online session, so you can come with questions and be ready to engage with the topic.
When you have completed the masterclass, you will be issued a certificate of completion from Sentis. Plus, a badge you can add to your LinkedIn!

How many others will be in the masterclass?

Our psychosocial safety training is designed for a maximum of 30, allowing for an engaging and supportive learning environment.

Will I get any resources to embed my learning?

You’ll receive permanent access to all eLearning modules – come back to refresh your psychosocial safety knowledge at any time.

Can I redeem CPD points for the masterclass?

Completing this masterclass offers up to 8 CPD Points towards Learning Activities as part of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety CPD Program.

Can I enrol more than one person in the masterclass at a time?

You can purchase different courses in one transaction without any issues.

However, if you’re purchasing multiple enrolments of the same course (e.g. for a team), our system only allows one enrolment per transaction. This is because the course access is linked to the email used at checkout.

To register multiple people in the masterclass, please complete a separate transaction for each person, using their individual email address during checkout.
