For more than 13 years, Vanessa has provided counselling, training and consulting to individuals and organisations across industry.
Specialising in the design, development and delivery of training programs, Vanessa is an expert in resilience, health behaviour change, positive psychology and motivation and engagement. She works with organisations to optimise performance and manage and socialise change in the workplace.
Vanessa is passionate about delivering practical neuroscience-backed training that not only improves safety performance within organisations, but also has a lasting impact on people’s lives. She also volunteers her time and expertise to organisations that support health and wellbeing initiatives and is passionate about making a positive impact in the world both personally and professionally.

How does the online workshop work?
When you enrol:
- You will be sent an email with confirmation of your purchase. If you aren’t already a member, you will also be sent login details to access our Positive Safety Community.
- This learning program is facilitated online using Zoom. You will receive a Zoom invite email within one business day from purchase, including a calendar placeholder and a link to join the workshop session.
How many others will be in the workshop?
The workshop is designed for a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 20, allowing for an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Will I get any resources to embed my learning?
You’ll receive a workbook by email before the workshop and will also gain free access to our Positive Safety Conversation Starters booklet (valued at $65 + GST). Visit ‘My Library’ in the Positive Safety Community to download your booklet.
Can I redeem CPD points for this workshop?
Completing this facilitated workshop offers up to 3 CPD Points towards Learning Activities as part of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety CPD Program.
