Born in Glasgow, Andrew has lived and worked in Italy and France before moving to Australia in the early 90s. He is an experienced HR professional and a true believer in creating an engaging and fulfilling workplace. As a consultant, he partners with our clients to create lasting culture change around safety and wellbeing.
Having worked in industries as diverse as mining, FMCG and NFP and with some of the world’s bests known brands, Andrew has done the hard yards when it comes to understanding and creating the right workplace culture. His ability to make sense of complex problems and provide practical, commercially sound solutions has seen him move into progressively more senior roles throughout his career.
Andrew’s diverse background and life experience mean he can easily relate to every level in an organisation. He is truly passionate about creating change and making sure he contributes positively to everything he does.
