Last week, our team attended the Best Workplaces in Australia 2024 awards and eagerly awaited our result in the ‘small’ category.
We’re honoured to say we achieved 4th place among an amazing lineup of other Great Place To Work certified businesses. To us, this award recognises that our people feel safe, heard, challenged and valued at work.
In attendance on the night was our CEO, Anthony Gibbs. “As a safety consultancy focused on creating not only safer working practices, but more positive work cultures for our clients, we’re thrilled our people think we’re doing a pretty good job for ourselves as well.”
Best Workplaces are evaluated through the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ survey data which measures the three key relationships that drive an employee’s experience in their workplace—relationships with management, colleagues and their job. The Trust Index score represents the percentage of employees who consider their company to be a great workplace and is an indicator of their actual workplace experience.

As Great Place To Work identifies the Best 100 Workplaces in Australia, the focus on cultivating a trustworthy environment is seen as essential for fostering a positive workplace culture.
