Refunds & Returns

Sentis wants you to be totally satisfied with our products, however we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product purchased from Sentis and our Return Policy is here to assist you with this return.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

You can return a physical item purchased online, from Sentis.com.au if the item is:

• Faulty, misbound, misprinted;
• The product ordered is different to the one you received;
• or, the product arrived damaged.

If your return meets any of the above conditions you will be entitled to a refund or an exchange.

You will need to provide proof of purchase should Sentis not be able to identify you as the purchaser through our online system. You may need to provide us any extra information we may need to process your return.

You may not return eBooks, unless the product is faulty and in this case, it will be replaced.

Should you have purchased a Sentis Product from another distributor please process your return via them.

Change of Mind Returns

Sentis will gladly accept a customer return of an item due to a change of mind if it meets all the following criteria:

• Returns are not permitted for international orders, Australian delivered products only;
• The return must be initiated with Sentis within 21 days of placing your order;
• Item must be in the same condition as it was sold, i.e. not damaged, used or read;
• You can supply proof of purchase.

A return under a Change of Mind does not include a refund of any freight and return freight is at the cost of the purchaser.

Sentis reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods prior to providing a refund or replacement. This may result in a refund or replacement being refused.
