A program that sticks. Change that lasts.
The program your people will remember. And talk about.
Our Positive Safety Program builds on the legacy of ZIP, one of the most recognised mindset programs in workplace safety. That legacy continues today in a more modern, scalable form, grounded in neuroscience, psychology and our Positive Safety philosophy.
This program changes how people think, speak and act around safety, and the shift lasts. Many participants call the experience transformative, with effects that reach beyond work into daily life. For organisations, it tends to be the program that sticks and gets talked about.
Why the change lasts
Training that tells people what to do fades once the reminders stop. Positive Safety works on the thinking underneath the behaviour, so it holds without someone standing over it.
The four modules in the Positive Safety Program build in order. People notice what’s driving their decisions, take ownership of them, learn to hold that under pressure, then reinforce it with the crew around them. It’s also why people tend to take it home.
Once someone understands how their own thinking shapes what they do, it doesn’t stay at the gate.
