Her experience spans consulting, coaching, facilitation, and higher education, giving her a unique ability to bridge evidence-based practice with real-world application. Drawing on over 15 years’ of business leadership experience, Aimee brings a practical understanding of the commercial, operational, and people challenges organisations face. Known for her engaging facilitation style and ability to make complex concepts accessible and actionable, she helps people balance behavioural insights with real-world organisational outcomes to create safer, healthier, and higher-performing workplaces.
Aimee has designed and delivered leadership development, coaching, and organisational capability initiatives across the resources, engineering, manufacturing, education, health, financial, and community services sectors throughout Australia and internationally.
