Having worked extensively with high risk populations across the world, Mitch has a strong understanding of how stress and trauma impact our ability to make safe decisions and achieve our goals. His belief that stronger and safer work environments have a positive impact on the broader community has seen him work across the non-profit, international development, mining, construction, agriculture and local government sectors.
With experience in training and facilitation, counselling, coaching, community development, program design and delivery, Mitch brings a strong focus on how each individual can positively influence organisations to be stronger and safer.
Mitch’s qualifications include Bachelor Community and Social Studies, and Advanced Diploma Transpersonal Counselling.
