In 2020, our partnership with Motor Trades Care (MTC), a leader in the automotive industry, began with a shared commitment to advancing health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
MTC, known for their industry expertise and comprehensive services, envisioned a way to deliver Sentis Safety Culture training programs that would be both accessible and practical for their leaders.
The goal was clear: provide a training solution that was time-efficient, cost-effective and flexible enough to integrate seamlessly into the demanding schedules of their leaders.
To achieve this, we collaboratively developed a blended learning model that empowers leaders to engage with the content through eLearning modules at their own pace, followed by hands-on application sessions designed to translate knowledge into actionable workplace strategies.
This model not only ensures a thorough understanding of safety principles but also facilitates their practical implementation.
MTC further embraced the Sentis Train the Trainer model, enabling their internal experts to lead these application sessions independently. This self-sufficient approach allows MTC to deliver training on demand, with the assurance of Sentis support whenever needed.
