Logging in to SAM

How to sign into SAM, reset your password, and fix common access issues.

On both desktop and mobile, open your browser:

  1. Go to sam.sentis.com
  2. Enter your work email address and password
  3. Tap or click “Sign In”

Forgot your password?

  1. On the login screen, click “Forgot your password”
  2. Enter your email address and submit
  3. Check your inbox for a reset link and follow the prompts

Didn't receive the reset email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder, as emails from SAM may be filtered
  • Make sure you’re using the same email address your account is registered with
  • If the email still hasn’t arrived after a few minutes, return to the login screen and try again
  • Contact us at help@sentis.com.au if the problem persists. Provide your employer and the device type you’re logging in with.

Account not verified yet?

If you registered but haven’t confirmed your email:

  1. On the login screen, click Resend verification email
  2. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification link
  3. Click the link to activate your account, then sign in

Don't have an account?

You can join SAM in two ways:

  • By invitation: click the link in your invite email to get started, or ask your leader to send you one
  • Self-register: click “Don’t have an account? Register” on the login screen and use your work email address to be matched to your organisation
