What Sam AI Does
Sam AI is designed to support you with knowledge access and in the moments that matter, whether you’re preparing for a pre-start, working through a tricky team conversation or wanting to revisit something from your training. Think of it as having a senior Sentis practitioner on demand, ready to help you apply what you’re learning in real situations.
Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Sam AI is grounded exclusively in Sentis’ Positive Safety methodology. Its guidance is consistent with your training and the broader framework you’re working within, not generic advice. It’s designed to coach rather than simply answer: prompting reflection, surfacing the right framework at the right moment, and supporting you to think through your own approach.
To get started, simply type your question or topic into the input field at the bottom of the panel. Sam AI also offers suggested questions to help prompt your thinking if you’re not sure where to begin.
What Sam AI Can Help With
Sam AI is focused on safety leadership. Use it to prepare for an upcoming pre-start, explore how to handle a specific team dynamic, reinforce concepts from the lessons, think through how to give feedback after an observation, or apply Positive Safety principles to real situations you’re facing.
Sam AI stays within the domain of safety leadership and will escalate appropriately if a conversation touches on areas outside its scope, such as mental health concerns or critical risk situations.
Your Data and Privacy
Sam AI operates within your organisation’s isolated environment on the platform. Your conversations are never used to train external AI models and are kept secure.
Sentis maintains ongoing oversight of Sam AI’s responses through quality review, ensuring the guidance you receive stays accurate, grounded in the Positive Safety methodology and appropriate to your context.
