Programs That Stick. Change That Lasts.
The programs your people will remember. And talk about.
Our Positive Safety Programs build on the legacy of ZIP—one of the most recognised and impactful mindset programs in workplace safety. Today, that legacy continues with a more flexible, modern, and scalable approach, grounded in neuroscience, psychology and our unique Positive Safety philosophy.
These programs shift the way people think, speak and act around safety—and not just for a moment, but for the long haul. Many participants describe the experience as transformative, with ripple effects that reach beyond work into daily life. For organisations, it’s often the program that sticks. That gets talked about. That actually makes a difference.

How it Works
Start with foundations. Then build what matters most.
Our Positive Safety Programs are built to flex around your needs, both in content and in delivery. With a modular format, you can focus on what matters most, whether that’s shifting mindsets, building leadership capability, or strengthening everyday safety behaviours.
Programs can be delivered in a range of formats, from short, sharp sessions to full-day workshops or multi-day rollouts—whatever suits your teams best.
