How does the online workshop work?
Once you enrol:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email and, if you’re not already a member, login details for the Positive Safety Community.
- Within one business day, we’ll email you a Zoom invite with a calendar placeholder and session link.
How many people will be in the workshop?
This is a small-group session with a maximum of 20 participants, designed to support engaging discussion and interaction.
Will I get any resources to embed my learning?
Yes — you’ll receive a downloadable workbook before the workshop to help you apply what you learn.
What if I can’t attend the live session?
We understand things come up! If you’re unable to attend your scheduled session, just let us know as soon as possible — we can help you transfer to a future date or discuss alternative options. Email us at positivesafetycommunity@sentis.com.au
Will the session be recorded?
To protect the privacy of participants and ensure open discussion, our live workshops are not recorded. We recommend attending live to get the full benefit of the experience.

Can I do this workshop if I’m not in Australia or New Zealand?
Absolutely. The workshop is delivered online, and we welcome participants from across the globe. Just be sure to check your time zone before registering.
Do I need to download or install anything?
All you need is Zoom. You’ll receive a link and calendar invite — simply click to join on the day. No extra software required.
Can I earn CPD points for this workshop?
Yes. Completing this facilitated workshop offers up to 3 CPD Points toward Learning Activities as part of the Australian Institute of Health & Safety CPD Program.
Can I purchase more than one enrolment?
You can purchase different courses or workshops in one transaction.
However, if you’re enrolling multiple people in the same course or workshop, each enrolment must be completed as a separate transaction using the participant’s individual email address. This ensures they each receive the correct access and materials.
