A genuine and supportive facilitator, Rachel is driven by Sentis’ values, particularly around being grounded and curious, and taking a holistic approach to behaviour change. As an Associate Consultant, she works with clients to deliver engaging programs that create sustainable and meaningful safety culture change.
With a background in organisational psychology and leadership development, prior to joining Sentis Rachel delivered leadership assessment and capability development programs, and one-on-one coaching services to clients. She has almost 20 years’ experience partnering with organisations in both the public and private sectors across the UK, Australia and New Zealand, developing capability in leaders.
Rachel has a passion for developing people in line with their individual values and styles, encouraging people to be genuine and confident, while adapting and growing their skills to successfully tackle changing organisational challenges.
