Pioneering has always been in our DNA. In 2003, Sentis was created to deliver a new kind of safety training.
In 15 years, we’ve empowered more than 350 companies and 160,000 people to think differently about safety.
Our suite of services has grown out of our dedication to transforming organisational safety cultures for people’s better, safer lives and futures.
2003
Launch
We launched Zero Incident Process (ZIP): our first safety culture offering using applied psychology and neuroscience
2004
Assessments commence
We launched Sentis Assessments: our cultural and attitudinal diagnostics offering.
2005
Global expansion
We expanded operations to Asia Pacific, South Africa, America and Europe.
2010
50,000 people engaged and counting
We celebrated more than 50,000 people who were ‘ZIPPED’
2012
Brain animation series
We launched our Brain Animation Series, which became an international hit with more than two million YouTube views. It’s still used globally to help people understand how their brain works.

Our work is recognised with two prestigious gold Stevie awards for innovation and management.

Ky’s Story raises awareness
Our award-winning short film, Ky’s Story, highlighted the realities of living with autism.
2017
Sentis Partner Program launches
We enter a new phase of growth with the launch of our Sentis Partner Program, providing localised support to clients around the world.

Celebrated 15 years
We celebrated 15 years of helping organisations and think differently about safety. This year also marked 150,000 lives changed through our programs and initiatives.

Banyula Conservation Project
We purchased our first 133ha in the Pillar Valley NSW as part of our land conservation initiative, Banyula.
