With a background in organisational and performance psychology, Jay uses evidence-based tools to guide his facilitation style. Working with clients across education, accounting, real estate and international sport, he aims to optimise organisation’s performance and capabilities through developing their workplace culture. Jay also has a background in psychometric testing and designing as well as implementing psychological performance programs. He is passionate about seeing individuals develop their wellbeing, performance, health and safety and resilience using psychological tools.
