Seeking to take greater control of safety outcomes in the business, Genesis Energy partnered with Sentis to develop a bespoke safety intervention to empower staff at both an individual and organisational level. Staff at all levels share their experience participating in Sentis’ safety culture programs as well as how they continue to implement the key learnings at work and at home.
