When it comes to safety, it’s no secret that what you don’t know can hurt you. That’s why in 2019 Sentis lifted the lid on underreporting and equipped leaders with the knowledge, skills and strategies to drive a culture of learning and improvement with our masterclass series.
More than 230 safety managers across industry registered for the interactive, two-hour masterclasses held in major cities across Australia and New Zealand.
Informed by a Sentis study of more than 12,460 participants across agriculture, construction, education, government, industrial services, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, and utilities, the data-driven and engaging masterclasses provided participants with practical and outcome-driven recommendations to make tangible steps in improving their reporting culture on site.
Due to popular demand, the Sentis Masterclass Series is returning in 2020. The schedule includes a combination of complimentary two-hour breakfast masterclasses, as well as a series of paid, one-day targeted workshops that take a deep dive into a specific safety culture or leadership issue.
